On October 31, 2024, Iskakova Altynkhan Orynshaikhovna, Deputy Director of the Department of Human Resources Management and Administrative Support for Social Policy and Administrative Support, was given a well-deserved rest. A. Iskakova has worked at JV Kazgermunai LLP since 1993, while her total work experience was 39 years.

In 1985, Altynkhan Orynshaikhovna graduated from the Alma-Ata Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages, by profession a teacher of German. In 2003, she received her second higher education at the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Information, specializing in Accounting and Auditing. In 2016, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Kyzylorda University “Bolashak”.

 Altynkhan Iskakova began her career in 1985 as a teacher of German at secondary school No. 61 of the Alma-Ata railway station Zharma. She continued her teaching career at secondary school No. 188 in the village of Zhalagash, Kyzylorda region.  In 1993, Kazgermunai JV LLP was hired as a German translator.  In 1996, she was transferred to the position of head of the personnel department. From 1999 to 2007, she worked as the head of the Department of Labor, Wages and Personnel. From 2007 to 2012, she was the head of the HR Department. From 2012 to 2016, she headed the Department of Social Development and Public Relations. From 2016 to 2021, she worked as a leading specialist in social development at the Department of Social Policy and Economic Support. From 2021 to 2023 - Director of the Department of Social Policy and Economic Support. He takes a well-deserved rest as Deputy Director of the Department of Human Resources Management and Administrative Support for Social Policy and Administrative Support.

During the years of work in the company, she was awarded: Certificates of Honor from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in honor of the 10th anniversary of the Company in 2003, as well as in 2007 and 2011; the Medal “Kyzylorda kalasyna 190 zhyl” and the Medal “Kyzylorda oblysyna 70 zhyl” in 2008; the Medal of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Shapagat” in 2013; Badge “Semey yadrolyk synak polygons”; Certificate of Honor of the Socio-political party “Nur Otan” in honor of the 20th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan in 2011; Certificate of Honor of JSC RD KazMunayGas in honor of International Women's Day on March 8; Honorary diploma of LLP JV Kazgermunai in honor of the Day of workers of the oil and gas complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Honorary diploma of JSC PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources; Medal “Yeren enbegi ushin” in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Company in 2023; Jubilee medal “125th anniversary of Kazakhstan oil” in 2024.
