Min Haihui
Min Haihui was born on September 3, 1975, in Liaoning Province, People’s Republic of China.
In 1999, he graduated with the degree in Geology and Mineral Oilfields Exploration at the North-East Petroleum University (Daqing, HeiLongJiang Province). In 2002, he graduated in specialty Lithology, the science of minerals and sedimentary rocks at the China University of Petroleum (Beijing City). In 2005, he graduated with Diploma in “Research and Mineral Oilfields Exploration" from China University of Petroleum (Beijing).
In 2005, he started his professional career as the Project Manager of new projects, Central Asian - Russian Regions in the China Zhenhua Oil Company Limited (Beijing, China). In 2010, he held the position of the Production Director, AtyrauMunaiGas JSC - Subsidiary of MangistauMunaiGas JSC (Aktau, Kazakhstan). He worked as the Geology Manager in the Geology Department of Atyrau MunaiGas JSC from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, he reassigned to the Kazakhstan Representative Office of CNPC, where he held the position of Geology Manager, Technical Support Department.
From 2015 to 2024, he was working in the various positions at PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources JSC (Kyzylorda, Kazakhstan), as follows: Deputy Director, Geology and Development Department then Vice President of Production. In 2024, he has appointed as the First Deputy General Director and Board Member, JV Kazgermunai LLP.
Total work experience 20 years, in Oil & Gas Industry - 20 years.
Award: Badge Honorary Title “The Honored Worker of the Oil and Gas Industry of the 125th Kazakhstan Oil Production Anniversary from the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
