On April 16, 2025, Bolat Shakhaevich Nagyzbekov, a building maintenance worker, was retired due to pension age

B. Sh. Nagyzbekov worked at Kazgermunai JV LLP for 12 years, while his total work experience was of 41 years.

Bolat Shakhaevich graduated from the Polytechnic secondary school in specialty of Mechanics.

In 1984, his career path began by a driver at the Kyzylorda Pedagogical secondary school named after M. Mametova.  In 2013, he started to work as the duty a driver in “JV “Kazgermunai” LLP.
