In 1983, Sergey Viktorovich graduated from the Tselinograd Technical College of Railway Transport in Specialty of Mechanization automotive industry in transport and conferred upon the Mechanical Technician qualification. In 2012, he graduated from Turan-Astana University in Specialty of Jurisprudence and conferred upon Lawyer qualification.

Prior to joining JV Kazgermunai LLP, he worked in an Internal Affairs Authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Security Commercial Sectors sphere, as well as in Production Companies, where he held executive and engineering positions. In 2012, Sergey Viktorovich started his work activities at the Partnership. Over the years, he held consecutive Security Specialist, Senior Security and Mobilization Specialist, Senior Economic and Organizational Security Engineer, and Senior Economic Security and Mobilization Engineer positions at the Company. Since 2023, he has been working as the Traffic Safety Engineer.

Over the years, Sergey Viktorovich was awarded in the Company and his awards are as follows: in 2014, Certificate of Honor from JV Kazgermunai LLP on the Oilman's Day; in 2018, Certificate of Honor from E&P KazMunayGas JSC on the 25th anniversary of the Company; in 2023, Letter of Gratitude from NC KazMunayGas JSC as well.
