On October 31, 2022, Zharylkasyn Baykenzheev, an engineer for industrial safety and labor protection retired in Nuraly oil field. Zharylkasyn Baykenzheev worked at JV Kazgermunai LLP for 19 years, while his total work experience was 46 years.

 Zharylkasyn Baykenzheev began his career in 1976 as a regulator of the MK-1 channel in the Management of the Kyzylorda hydroelectric complex. In 1993, he started working as a traffic safety engineer of the 1st category. In 2003, he got a job at JV Kazgermunai LLP as an occupational Health and safety engineer

In honor of the Day of Workers of the Oil and Gas Industry of Kazakhstan, he was awarded of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan as "Honored Worker of the oil and gas industry".
