Joint Venture Kazgermunai LLP signed Collective Agreement for 2022-2024 within celebration of 30th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan

On December 15 and 16, festive events in honor of the 30th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan were held at “Joint Venture Kazgermunai” LLP. On Wednesday, a solemn meeting dedicated to the main state holiday was held in a mixed format. Employees of the partnership who received awards from the Ministry of Energy, the Kazakhstan Association of Organizations of the Oil and Gas and Energy Complex “KAZENERGY”, JSC “National Company KazMunayGas”, JSC “PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources”, Akim of the Kyzylorda region, Kazakhstan Federation of Trade Unions and the Management Board of JV Kazgermunai LLP took part in the event offline. All other workers were connected to the conference room through the Microsoft Teams program.

 Acting General Director Yang Yuehua, and First Deputy General Director Abdirakhmanov Nurzhan Bazarbayevich greeted the team with a congratulatory speech. They emphasized the historical significance of the holiday for the entire Kazakh people, and drew the attention of colleagues to the fact that Kazgermunai is almost the same age as Independence, and went through the stages of its formation in the difficult years of strengthening the sovereignty of Kazakhstan.

The Company's Management Board presented not only commemorative awards to the company's employees, but also awarded valuable gifts and letters of thanks to especially distinguished employees of contracting organizations.

On December 16, a ceremony of awarding of the field and contracting organizations workers was also held at the Akshabulak field. Then, in the presence of the team, KGM Management Board and the Chairman of the Local Trade Union of Employees of “JV Kazgermunai” LLP K. Yerzhan signed a collective agreement for 2022-2024 years. In their congratulatory speach, members of Kazgemunai Management Board said that with the support of shareholders of JSC “KazMunayGas” and JSC “PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources”, KGM continues to follow the principles of socially responsible business. And, despite the drop of oil production, the new Collective Agreement retained all points for providing social and material support to the employees of the partnership. After all, social stability and a healthy social climate in the company are the key to the productive work of its employees, without which it is impossible to achieve production indicators and fulfill the production program.
