JV Kazgermunai LLP summed up the results of the first half of the year 2021. JV Kazgermunai LLP for the first time during the coronavirus infection pandemic, a reporting meeting of the Management Board with the work staff which took place in the sports hall of the Akshabulak field. The meeting summed up the results of the company's production, financial and social activities for the first half of 2021.

Recall that the reports for the same period last year and 2020 as a whole were provided by the Board of Kazgermunai to employees in the form of a video message broadcast on Akshabulak and Nuraly oilfields on a specially designated TV channel, and available for viewing from working computers to employees of the Head Office in Kyzylorda and Representative Offices in Almaty and Nur-Sultan.

The return to the traditional format of the event was made possible, among other things, due to the high percentage of vaccination against COVID-19 among the employees of the partnership. As of today, 519 people have a vaccination passport, and 99 Kazgermunai residents have received the first component of the vaccine, which together makes up 85% of the total number of personnel. Nevertheless, during the meeting, all sanitary requirements were met: the seating of employees was in compliance with the social distance, all participants were wearing medical masks, and the meeting room was pre-disinfected.

The Board's report began with an analysis of accidents, occupational injuries and occupational diseases. For 6 months of 2021, the company has not registered a single accident or industrial injury. However, the number of medical evacuations increased by 10 compared to the same period in 2020, despite the general downward trend for the main types of diseases of employees: there was a 34% decrease in the number of cases of colds, the number of diseases of the cardiovascular system decreased by 14% and diseases of the gastrointestinal tract by 20%.

The subject one of the following slides of the presentation was the measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 carried out in the company during the reporting period, as well as vaccination rates and an analysis of detected cases of CVI among the company's employees, which showed that 75% of those who fell ill were not vaccinated.

The second part of the speech reflected the production indicators of the partnership, organizational, geological and technical measures. The oil production plan was fulfilled by 100% and amounted to 750, 59 thousand tons. The indicator for the production of associated gas exceeded the plan by 20% and reached the mark of 214.4 million m3. According to such indicators as: delivery of commercial dry gas, production of LPG, an excess of the plan by 20% was also recorded for each of them. The underground well repair was also exceeded by 14 units, and the inter-repair period reached 636 days, which allowed Kazgermunai to achieve the “call” efficiency.

Further, the financial indicators of JV Kazgermunaii LLP, information on human resource management (labor discipline, filling vacant positions, bonus payments, staff training, employee awards) were highlighted.

The next part of the presentation was the social block. During the reporting period, the company regularly fulfilled all obligations under the Collective Agreement. The amount of payments made by Kazgermunai increased by more than 6 million tenge compared to the same period last year, which is explained not only by an increase in the number of employee applications, but also by an increase in the MCI.

The Management Board drew the attention of the audience to the fact that the Collective Agreement expires this year. In this regard, the creation of a working group on the conclusion of a new Collective Agreement for 2022-2024 is planned for IV quarter of the year.

At the end of the reporting part of the meeting, to Kazgermunai employees were presented with the company's plans for the commissioning of new wells, capital construction, labor and environmental protection for the second half of 2021 year.

According to tradition, the meeting continued in the question-answer format. We would like to emphasize that not only those who took part in the meeting in person, but also colleagues who followed its progress online through the Microsoft Teams program/mobile application could ask the Board a question. In this way, employees of the Head Office, Representative Offices of the company, the Nuraly and Aksai fields who were at their workplaces, as well as about 80 employees of various departments who were on inter-shift rest and working in a remote format were connected to participate in the meeting. The event was also attended by representatives of JSC "National Company" KazMunayGas " and "PetroKazakhstan Overseas Services Inc."
