For personnel vaccination against coronavirus infection the JV Kazgermunai LLP began in February with the organization of explanatory work with the involvement of representatives of the Kyzylorda Regional Health Department. During these months, a number of meetings of the partnership's staff were held in online and offline formats with specialists, during which employees received answers to their questions about vaccination.

During this time, the company conducted agitating and questioning on vaccination, the staff was regularly sent appeals from the Board of the Joint venture about the situation with CVI and vaccination as At the current moment, the number of KGM employees who have been fully vaccinated and received only the first component of the vaccine has reached 557 people, which is 76%. Of these, 407 people, or 56%, were fully vaccinated and 150 people, or 20%, received only the first component of the vaccine. Unfortunately, 6% of KGM employees, which is 42 people, have contraindications to vaccination.

In order to increase the rate and volume of vaccination of personnel, a meeting was organized on July 14 at the company's oilfield with the epidemiologist of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control Gulmira Kazieva. During it, the audience was presented with information about the vaccines available to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan: Sputnik M, Hayat Ve, Qazak Vac and Corona Vac, about the differences and similarities between them, their advantages and features. The explanations were addressed primarily to those employees of the partnership who have not yet made a choice in favor of a particular vaccine. The management of JV Kazgermunai LLP hopes that this meeting will encourage at least some of the unvaccinated personnel to make an informed right choice in favor of vaccination as the only safe means of forming collective immunity.
