In LLP "JV "Kazgermunai" the annual report meeting of the Board with the staff took place. Summing up the results of the year, General Director Ziyash Kiyakbayev noted the contribution of each employee to the development of the company and stressed that all achievements were made possible thanks to the well-coordinated work of the team.

Production indicators for 2024 exceeded expectations. Oil production amounted to 1,042.6 thousand tons, which is 10.3 thousand tons higher than the planned level. Marketable gas production also showed good results — 274 million m³.

Important construction and modernization projects have been successfully completed, and working conditions have also been improved. 10 production and 2 injection wells were put into operation, the mouths of 21 wells were equipped, including the construction of discharge lines and pipelines, the energy resources accounting system was modernized, the production equipment was repaired and updated, the key reservoirs at the OPU of the Nuraly field and the CPF of the Akshabulak field were replaced, a modular training hall was built at the Akshabulak field, operatories, and the bath and laundry complex at the Nuraly field was repaired. New technologies are being actively introduced to increase productivity and improve the operation of production wells.

The financial indicators of the enterprise confirm the stability of Kazgermunai. The company's revenues compared to 2023 increased by 19% due to rising oil prices, increasing the share of exports and increasing production volumes of LPG.

Throughout 2024, the partnership not only cared about production indicators, but also paid great attention to personnel. The company fulfilled all socio-economic obligations to the labor collective, made payments to support employees, provided assistance in difficult life situations, provided bonuses for the Republic Day, Nauryz, the Day of Workers of the Oil and Gas Complex of Kazakhstan and other important events. Despite economic challenges, Kazgermunai retained all social guarantees in the signed new Collective Agreement for 2025-2027.

In addition, the company actively participated in public initiatives: supporting veterans, humanitarian aid to flood victims, the "Taza Kazakhstan" environmental campaign. The main achievement was the opening of a modern multifunctional "Palace of Schoolchildren" on the left bank of Kyzylorda, which began its work on October 1, 2024. About 2.4 billion tenge from sponsorship funds were allocated for the construction of the facility, and KGM was noted as the "Best Enterprise in the Field of Corporate Social Responsibility 2024" in the nomination "Best Educational Project".

" We understand that our fields have entered a late stage of development and that we have passed the threshold where production will begin to decline. Therefore, the company's management sets as its primary goal to at least maintain all jobs and social guarantees for the team. In this regard, we see gas processing for neighboring subsoil users as a key area of the company's activities. Preliminary agreements on this issue have already been reached. Another important area is the expansion of the resource base, where we are also carrying out comprehensive work.The company confidently looks to the future, maintaining a course for development, stability and care for the team!" - This is how General Director Z. Kiyakbayev addressed the Kazgermunai team, concluding his speech.
