On 14 June 2022 a meeting between the Akim of Kyzylorda region and the Company employees was held at Akshabulak field of “JV “Kazgermunai” LLP. During the meeting, the Akimat of Kyzylorda region, “JV “Kazgermunai” LLP and the Territorial amalgamation of trade unions "Trade union centre in Kyzylorda region" signed a Memorandum of understanding and cooperation. The Memorandum was signed by the Regional Akim Nalibayev N.M., General Director of "JV "KGM" LLP Liu Shaoyu and First Deputy General Director Abdirakhmanov N.B., and the chairman of TATU "Trade union center in Kyzylorda region" Nalibayev M.Y. The subject matter of the Memorandum was the stabilization of social and labor situation and production processes in labor collectives, ensuring labor rights and personnel employment.

The purpose of signing the Memorandum is to ensure the stability of the social and labor situation and production processes in the labor collectives, to preserve workplaces and to take measures aimed at ensuring the employment of personnel.

The Memorandum is based on the principles of equality, social partnership, mutual trust and respect.

Each of the Parties, having signed the Memorandum, recognizes its responsibilities within the limits of its authority and intends to co-operate in solving the problems encountered, based on the principles of mutual consent and fulfilled arrangements.
