On September 4, 2022, Abitov Kakhimzhanov Rashitovich, the foreman of the gas and oil pipeline maintenance section of Akshabulak field, was taken to a well-deserved rest. Abitov K.R. has worked at JV Kazgermunai LLP for 22 years, while his total work experience is 38 years.

Kakhimzhan Rashitovich graduated from the Kyzylorda vocational school, then the Karaganda Order of the Red Banner of Labor Polytechnic Institute, having received the specialty of a crane operator and a mechanical engineer. In JV Kazgermunai LLP, he started working as an assistant warehouse manager in 2000. Then in 2003 he graduated from Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata with a degree in Development and Operation of Oil and Gas Fields. In 2004, he was transferred to the position of an oil and gas production operator, and subsequently rose to the position of foreman of the gas and oil pipeline maintenance section. In 2018-2019 he became the best turner in the competition of professional skills among working specialties named "Uzdik maman". In honor of the Day of Oil and Gas Industry Workers of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the Medal of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Munai-gaz keshenin damytuga koskan ulesi ushin" (for his role in development of oil and gas field).
